Criticism, disagreement, and unhappy feelings belong here. Talk about your experience without threats, hateful abuse, targeted harassment, sexual exploitation, or encouragement of harm. No advertising, scams, repeated spam, or sharing private contact details. Use up to two links when they help explain your experience.

Visitor names

A first name or nickname is enough. Don’t impersonate staff or another person, use abusive names, or put advertising, links, or contact details in your name. Names are self-chosen, not verified.

Things we can rate

Add real, publicly identifiable products, apps, services, organizations, technologies, public adult figures, and public places. Use their recognizable name, a neutral description, and a specific official website, profile, or listing.

Don’t create pages about private individuals, children, private homes, or sensitive personal information. No attack pages, defamatory labels presented as names, illegal offers, sexual exploitation, scams, or duplicates of removed or blocked pages. Don’t use another category to bypass review.

How moderation works

Basic automatic checks reject recognizable threats, hateful slurs, contact details, excessive links, repeated-character spam, and some impersonation patterns. You can edit your submission and try again. These checks are limited and can make mistakes; they don’t verify facts, identities, or websites.

All new People and Places pages wait for admin review before becoming public. Admins can hide comments, remove pages, block re-adds, and restore content after review. Comments containing links also wait for review to help prevent scams. Submission limits discourage automated spam. Other submissions may appear immediately and be moderated later. The same rules apply to replies and alternate names.

Automatic checks apply to new submissions. Existing content remains subject to admin review. A low score or negative opinion alone is never a reason for removal.
