How is a report different from the free scorecard?
The free scorecard shows supported scores, a short summary, sources and essential limitations. Scores are withheld when the evidence does not meet our standard. The paid report contains the full written interpretation in a dated edition you can read in your library and download. Bundles contain separate company reports, so you can compare them yourself.
Does every report include an improvement plan?
No. Recommendations appear only when they have been included in that edition. A report purchase does not include bespoke consulting or a promised score increase.
Can I buy now and choose later?
When a package is available, it adds credits to your library. Use them one at a time whenever you find an available report you want; unused credits do not expire. We only open a package when there are enough reviewed companies to choose from. For an available monitoring subscription, billing starts at purchase and choosing companies later does not delay billing.
Can anyone buy a report?
Anyone can buy an available report. You do not need to work for the company or claim its profile. Profile access is separate from buying research.
What is a report edition?
An edition is a report published on a specific date. It shows how current its evidence is and which method was used. You see these details when choosing a report. One credit unlocks that edition and its corrections, with no renewal.
What if a company has no report yet?
Identify the company to request a free evidence check. New research may need additional sources and review, and it may not support a score or a report. Completion time depends on the evidence available. Payment is not needed to start research; a report becomes available to buy only after its evidence and written findings have been reviewed. What happens when I cancel monitoring?
For an existing subscription, monitoring continues until your paid term ends. You keep every delivered edition, but receive no updates after that date.
Will every review lead to a new score?
No. A review may find no meaningful change in the evidence, or evidence may be insufficient for a score. Monitoring never guarantees a higher score.
Are profile tools and existing Brand plans changing?
Verified profile access, branding and factual corrections are still free. Existing Brand customers can manage their subscription in their account.
