HAPPYWorth is operated by happyworth, 3811 Ditmars Blvd #2118, Astoria, NY 11105, United States (“we,” “us”). You can contact us at hello@happyworth.digital. These Terms cover our website, profiles, reports, company workspaces, and community consultation. By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to use the account and purchase on its behalf.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms to create an account. Use accurate information and keep control of your sign-in method. We provide the Google or email-link sign-in options shown on the site. Keep access links private, do not impersonate another person, and contact us if your account is compromised. We may require verification before restoring access. A sign-in provider’s own terms also apply when you use that provider.
Ratings, rankings, and reports
HAPPYWorth brings together evidence about human outcomes associated with brands. Association does not establish causation. Ratings and reports must be read with their date, scope, evidence, confidence, and limitations. “Not rated” means no eligible rating has been published; it is not a negative judgment. Examples identified as fictional are demonstrations, not findings about real businesses. We do not represent an unvalidated methodology as scientifically validated.
Payments do not buy a public rating, a ranking position, or favorable treatment. Claiming a profile and adding a logo do not affect independent analysis. Verification confirms authority to manage a profile, not the quality of the business. Reports support research and decisions; they are not personal medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. We may correct or update content when evidence or methodology changes.
First looks and commissioned research
A free First look is an automated preliminary assessment of the brand and scope you confirm. It may remain unrated when evidence is insufficient. A full review may change the preliminary score. Brand identification does not verify profile ownership.
A commissioned report costs $29 USD once plus applicable tax and is a separate purchase from credits for already-published reports. The confirmed brand, employee scope, market and delivery policy are recorded before checkout. Delivery is due within 72 hours after payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver the promised scored report because evidence is insufficient, sources cannot be verified, further review is required, or delivery fails, we initiate a full refund. Bank processing times may vary. You may cancel undelivered commissioned research through its progress page. A lower or unchanged score is a valid delivered research result. Buying research never determines its findings. The final rating, scope, evidence summary and sources are public; the detailed report is delivered to your library and may also be sold to others. Automated research is identified as such and does not imply independent human review.
Report purchases, monitoring, and billing
All prices are USD before applicable tax. One report costs $29 once; a package of three costs $69 once; a package of five costs $99 once. You can buy a package before choosing any reports, or buy a complete selection of editions. A package bought without a selection saves one credit per report in your account. Each credit can be used once to unlock an available published edition; unused credits do not expire while the service operates. You can use credits one at a time. The company, period, evidence cutoff, and publication date are shown before you use a credit. Report requests do not spend a credit or guarantee publication; research depends on sufficient evidence and review. One-time purchases do not renew. Unlocking an edition includes its corrections; a later research edition uses another credit or a separate purchase. You keep access to the purchased editions in your account while the service operates and may retain downloaded licensed copies. We include corrections to those editions without an additional purchase.
Monitor Five costs $129 every three months for five companies you may choose at purchase or later during a current paid term, plus applicable tax and less any applicable discount. The entire quarterly amount is charged at checkout and at each renewal until canceled. It is not a monthly payment plan. Billing and the paid period begin at purchase even if no companies are selected. Choosing companies later does not extend the period or delay renewal. Once your first five are chosen, that current paid period is fixed to those companies; earlier unselected periods do not receive reports retroactively. A paid period includes the current baseline for each selected company and new reviewed editions published during that period. Updates appear in your report library. Review dates and published change notes distinguish new research from unchanged scores; continuous real-time scoring is not promised. Monitoring opens only for companies with an active review schedule.
Cancel future renewals in your account under Reports & monitoring or through available Stripe billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and delivered editions remain available. No new editions from later unpaid periods are included. You can choose a different set of five for the next renewal; the current period remains tied to its original companies. Changes are unavailable during the final hour before renewal. A failed payment does not unlock a new paid period. Payment disputes, refunds, or fraudulent transactions can remove access attributable to the affected purchase, without removing a separate valid purchase of the same edition.
Stripe processes payments. Review the final total, tax, discount scope, duration, and renewal terms in checkout before authorizing payment. Promotion codes apply only to their stated products and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. A first-invoice monitoring discount ends after the initial three-month charge; subsequent standard renewals are $129 every three months. Disabling a code stops new redemptions, not discounts already attached to a subscription. Discounts never change ratings or community influence.
Company claims and profile content
A company claim asks us to verify that you may represent a particular business. Provide truthful details and evidence of your authority. We may seek more information, decline or revoke a claim, or pause changes while resolving competing claims. Tell us if your authority ends.
An approved representative can manage that company’s permitted profile fields and buy reports on the same terms as other customers. A company claim is not required to purchase research. Representatives cannot change ratings, ranking order, independent evidence, methodology, or another company’s profile. Company-supplied material is distinct from HAPPYWorth’s analysis and may be reviewed. Claiming a profile does not transfer ownership of our editorial content.
You must have permission to use uploaded or linked names, logos, images, and text. Do not submit false credentials, private employee or customer information, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights. You keep ownership of your material and grant us a nonexclusive license to host, display, resize, and technically process it to provide the service. This license ends when the content is removed, apart from necessary legal, dispute, backup, and previously published aggregate retention described in our Privacy Policy.
Appropriate use and report licenses
Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, or misrepresent our findings. HAPPYWorth and its licensors retain rights in original reports, service software, and other protected materials. Paid reports are licensed for your personal research or internal business use within the scope stated in the order. Do not resell or redistribute restricted reports without permission. Public quotations must not remove limitations in a way that misleads readers. Other organizations’ names and trademarks remain theirs.
Community participation
Participation is optional and separate from a purchase. Each eligible account has one equally weighted active contribution per consultation round. Editing replaces that contribution; paying, referring others, account age, and spending more time on the site do not add influence. Multiple accounts, automated manipulation, coerced answers, and purchased influence are prohibited.
Consultations help us consider what happiness-related outcomes should mean in our methodology. They do not directly establish evidence about a brand or automatically change ratings. We may exclude spam, duplicate-account abuse, threats, exposed personal information, or other violations under the published participation rules. Criticism of us or a paying company alone is not a reason for exclusion. Contact hello@happyworth.digital to appeal a moderation decision. You can withdraw your contribution using the available controls; already-published aggregate snapshots may remain.
Corrections, suspension, and availability
Use the correction link on a profile to report an error with supporting information. We consider relevant evidence whether or not the submitter is a customer. Send account, copyright, claim, or content disputes to hello@happyworth.digital.
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We may limit access to address serious abuse, security risks, fraud, or material breach, providing an explanation and opportunity to resolve the issue where reasonable and lawful. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We date updated Terms and provide reasonable notice of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction.
